Dr. Katie Milbourne

Katie joined the Be Well Clinic Geelong in 2016 after living most of her life in country Victoria. Katie places an emphasis on holistic health care and believes in good communication to educate her patients about their wellbeing. She enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions but has a passion for keeping the elderly members of our community as active as they would like to be.
When not working, you can find Katie cruising the coast in her 1973 Kombi van or travelling the world.

Approach: Katie uses a variety of manual techniques such as articulation, soft tissue technique, manipulation as well as using very gentle and indirect myofascial and biodynamic techniques.

Dr. Jessica Hyde

Jess graduated from RMIT University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and a Master of Osteopathy. She has been a valued member of the Be Well Geeliong team ever since. Jess enjoys treating all types of conditions and patients of all ages - from babies and children, to adults and the elderly. She is also interested in assisting women during and after pregnancy.

Approach: Jess uses a wide range of techniques from soft tissue massage and manipulation, to a more gentler indirect style of treatment, and is also trained in dry needling. She is a big believer in tailoring her treatment to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Bronwyn Molloy

Bronwyn has been practicing as an Osteopath since 1997, in that time she has worked in many countries with people of all ages. She is extremely experienced and enjoys treating all sorts of conditions, although particularly enjoys treating babies and children.

Approach: Along with soft tissue and manipulative procedures, Bronwyn commonly uses advanced cranio-sacral techniques, which are very gentle and particularly effective for acutely painful injuries and long term problems which haven’t responded to other therapies.

Dr. Taylor Harris

Taylor pursued Osteopathy after receiving treatment for back pain as a teenager. She values the ‘whole body’ approach osteopathy is founded on, along with the personalised approach taken in treating each patient. Taylor treats all areas of the body, and all kinds of injuries as well as general aches, but her keener interest lies in back and neck pain. She loves being a helping hand in assisting patients manage pain and improve function in their day to day lives.
When Taylor is not at work she enjoys time spent with family and weekends away down the coast with her man.

Approach: Taylor uses a range of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, dry needling among other very gentle techniques.

Dr. Tanja McKenzie

Tanja has worked at various clinics over the years, both across Victoria and overseas. Tanja was drawn to Osteopathy’s holistic and hands-on approach to health. She has completed post-graduate courses including Osteopathy in the Cranial Field and obstetric courses. Tanja enjoys treating all ages and conditions and, being a mother of two girls herself, enjoys treating kids and musculo-skeletal issues that may arise in pregnancy. When not working, she likes to spend time with her family, go to a yoga or pilates class and potter in the garden.

Approach: Tanja tailors treatment to each individual patient using a mix of direct (firm) work and gentler indirect styles. She likes to educate patients to help them to improve their overall health and empower them to achieve optimal results.

Molly Mulholland-Lugg


Molly completed her Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy in 2014 and has been working in her home town of Colac before joining our team in Grovedale.

A treatment with Molly may assist with a whole range of conditions including, but not limited to:
-pain caused by bad posture
-neck and back pain
-repetitive work related aches and pain
-muscle tightness and general body soreness

Approach: Molly is skilled and experienced in an array of different techniques including massage, Chinese cupping, dry needling and trigger point therapy.

Amanda pursued Health coaching after suffering on going gut health issues and was able to eliminate symptoms after taking a holistic approach to healing. She believes there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ and each person must be treated as an individual because one person’s food is another person’s poison. Amanda works predominantly with women who are suffering from stomach pain, bloating, gas, constipation and skin conditions.

Approach: As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and how they can help you eliminate uncomfortable digestive symptoms like bloating and constipation. Together we will make gradual, lifelong changes so that you can feel confident in the nutritional choices you make each day.

Lauri Phyland

Yoga Instructor

In 2018, Lauri complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoke Yoga in Torquay. Two days into the training, she decided to commit to yoga teaching full time.

Lauri is excited to be representing her newly launched business, The Flow Collective, from our Be Well Clinic location. Her business aims to make yoga and wellness practices accessible to all, particularly people in the community who feel they cannot access yoga due to financial, social, cultural, physical and mental barriers.

Connection to breath is often a focus in Lauri's classes and in light of this she believes that so long as you're breathing - you can practice yoga!

Lauri's aim is for people to feel supported, spacious and free in her classes.
