What is Health Coaching

By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to diet and lifestyle and Health Coaches work with you to create a personalized program that will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Our focus is on making gradual, lifelong changes so that you can feel confident in the nutritional choices you make each day.

What Can I expect at my first appointment?

 Your first session is FREE and will take up to 45minutes. We will discuss your health history so that we can gain an understanding of where your health has been in the past as well as determining where you want your health to be in the future. We will discuss what a personalised Health Coaching program will looks like and how it can help you achieve your health goals. This is a great opportunity for you to decide if hiring a Health Coaching is right for you as well as gaining a better understanding of our unique approach.
